In 1910, the American Red Cross began training the American public in first aid. Since that time, the American Red Cross has continuously provided people with high quality educational programs from First Aid and CPR/AED training to drowning prevention and lifeguard training programs. In recognition of 100 years of training, the Red Cross is pleased to offer several promotions to our community during March is Red Cross Month!

Call or have someone call 9-1-1 or the local emergency number
Give continuous chest compressions until emergency medical help arrives and takes over
