Our Learn-to-Swim courses offer something for everybody.  A unique six-level approach is unlike anything offered by other aquatic training providers.  All instructors are trained and certified by the American Red Cross, so swimmers of all ages and abilities are in good hands.

Red Cross-certified instructors teach a variety of strokes, including the front crawl, back crawl, elementary backstroke, breaststroke, sidestroke, and butterfly.  They also introduce a wide range of personal safety skills and diving techniques.  More advanced level students refine their skills, learn the basics of springboard diving and discover how to incorporate swimming into a lifelong fitness program.  American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim teaches aquatic and safety skills in a logical progression, and is designed to give students a positive learning experience. The objective is to teach people to swim and to be safe in, on, and around the water. Please visit our Course Description section for more details.
